Shipping Option

We are joyfully and safely able to process orders within 1-3 days. However, due to extreme weather conditions in some areas of the country, many of our carriers are experiencing delays to their standard transit time for ground shipping options.

Complimentary shipping on all US orders: 3-5 business days from date of shipment. usps: first class & priority mail, 7-10 business days. fedex standard overnight, 1 business day.

For International orders: Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea Republic, China P.R., Singapore, Australia, Spain, United Kingdom- dhl express worldwide, 5-30 business days. *International shipping rates may vary. Please contact hello@lachatreus.com or assistance.

Duties and taxes for imported goods, where applicable in your country, will be collected at checkout alongside shipping costs.If actual import fees exceed the amount charged, we will cover the difference. No extra import charges will be due when you receive your package.We advise checking your local import policy before ordering.
