USPS: First Class & Priority Mail, 7-10 business days.
FedEx Standard Overnight, 1 business day.
International: Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Central & South America - DHL Express Worldwide, 5-30 business days. *International shipping rates may vary.

We accept returns on new, unopened LACHATRE products.

Simply return the item with a print out of your order information included within 10 days of receiving. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
